beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
Our Budget Twin Room was exactly as photographed, with a clean ambiance and a lovely little balcony perfect for evening relaxation. The lighting around the pool area created a magical atmosphere that enhanced our experience. The hotel staff, especially the welcoming lady who runs the place, made our stay feel special and memorable.
100% recommend 😊❤️

The location worked perfectly for our short visit, just a pleasant stroll away from the vibrant city center, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants. Our room had a charming terrace with a view of the sea, making our mornings quite special. The welcoming reception made us feel at home right from the start. It was a wonderful experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy spot in Santorini.

The location offers some fantastic views, especially during sunset, making it truly picturesque. Plus, having a seafood taverna right next door is a nice touch for quick meals without far travel.
The rooms are quite dated, with noticeable wear and tear on the furniture and a lack of proper bedding. Some amenities were missing, such as proper kitchen equipment, which we had to request. Accessing local shops and restaurants can be challenging with the steep steps around the area, not to mention the air conditioning not working properly made the room rather uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the flat left much to be desired, and overall, it felt more like a budget stay than an enjoyable getaway.

Irene's charm and warmth made us feel at home. Upgraded to a clean, modern room with a pool view was a delightful surprise. Perfect location close to the center!

The Budget Twin Room was decent but a bit outdated. The beds were comfy, and we had a nice surprise with a room upgrade. It was spacious, which was a plus. The bathroom could've been cleaner, though, and it felt like it needed some sprucing up. We really liked the new hairdryer and iron in the room, which were useful. The location was great, just a short walk from the city center.

We had an amazing group vacation! The hotel was modern and clean, and the pool area was fantastic. Being just a short walk from the bustling city center made exploring local shops and dining out so easy. I highly recommend checking out the nearby seafood taverns for great meals.
The air conditioning was tricky to manage, as it kept turning off frequently, which was a bit annoying at times.

Nice location near Fira, but our room had broken furniture. Irini was super helpful!

missingWrote a review on Jun 28friendly staffquiet locationdated decorinconsistent cleanlinesslacking essentials
A warm reception from the friendly staff set a positive tone as my stay unfolded. The quiet location allowed for peaceful nights, despite its proximity to dining options and a bus station. the equipment lacked essentials like drinking glasses, and the overall decor felt dated. Cleanliness was inconsistent, especially in common areas, impacting the overall experience.

we had such an amazin time at hotel hellas! irene was the best and gave us a warm welcome right from the start. we loved our sea view room and the cleanliness was on point, the maid was super sweet! even tho the pool was closed, we got to chill on sun loungers and the pool was opened next day for us. plus, irene showed us her family church next door which was really beautiful and special to us!
the wifi was kinda spotty in our room and the balcony could've been cleaner. also, we could hear other guests too clearly.
